Q: How long will shipping take?

  • Orders usually arrive in 7-10 days depending on the carrier.
  • We provide tracking and assistance to all our customers.
  • salm grapchis is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages by the carrier.

Q: Do you accept exchanges/ returns?

Yes! But please note that all our products are CUSTOM MADE and our exchange/return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot assist you.


Since the return is not due to an error of ours, the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs. Original shipping and return charges will not be refunded.

Q: What if I received a damaged product or a wrong product?

In In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item, please email a photo evidence to salmgraphics@proton.me within 7 days of receiving your items. Once your items have been approved as defective, there are two routes you can choose from :

1. Full refund (including the original shipping cost)
2. Exchange (we will cover the shipping cost to send new items)

Q: Which blank t-shirts and hoodies do you use?

We use Comfort Colors 1717 for our t-shirts and AS Colour 5101 for our hoodies (camo hoodies are different).
